Change / Cancel My Order

We ship fast so please call us at (888) 355-6907 immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.


On occasion, we may have to backorder an item on your order. We will contact you by email and advise you of the new ship date for your item.

Price Adjustment Policy

Should an item from the website be marked down please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment. We may honor a one-time price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. Please Contact Us to request a price adjustment.

Please note: we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
